Butt lift surgery

Many people, especially women, want a well-shaped, tight butt. Often, however, nutrition and exercise are not enough to achieve the desired result. Especially after a strong weight loss or with increasing age, dissatisfaction often arises when the soft tissue of the butt becomes softened and sinks downwards. A butt lift refers to the fat transfer or lipofilling from one area of the body to the buttock to reshape and contour the buttocks. The buttock lift can be also performed in combination with liposuction (link to text Liposuction).

Butt lift surgery procedure

A butt lift is usually performed under general anesthesia and takes several hours depending on your case.

Following your butt lift procedure, you will wear a garment for about 6 weeks supporting your wound healing process. After your butt lift procedure, you will have some swelling and bruising, which gradually subsides within the following weeks. In your immediate post-operative period, it is pivotal to be limited in your physical activities not only to ensure an adequate wound healing but also to have your desired butt lift result.
